Investment objective

The Alpha Australian Blue Chip Fund is designed for investors seeking strong, medium to long-term capital growth potential from higher market capitalisation Australian shares, combined with a steadily increasing dividend stream. It aims to outperform the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index (after fund fees and expenses, and before taxes) over rolling 3 to 5 year periods. The Fund invests predominately in a diversified portfolio of large market capitalisation shares - targeting a relatively low level of portfolio turnover, and a moderate level of franked dividend income.

The Alpha Australian Blue Chip Fund gains exposure to large market capitalisation shares listed on the Australian Stock Exchange ('ASX') by investing with Australian share investment managers. The Alpha Australian Blue Chip Fund incorporates the styles of both long and short managers within the fund.
