EQT/Alpha seeks to resolve potential and actual complaints over the management of the Funds to the satisfaction of investors. If an investor wishes to lodge a formal complaint, please write to:

EQT will seek to resolve any complaint and will respond within 14 days of receiving the letter. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be able to seek assistance from:

Please include the EQT FOS membership number with your enquiry: 10395. FOS is an independent body that can assist you if EQT cannot. In order for a complaint to be considered by FOS the claim must be less than $150,000 (unless EQT and you agree otherwise in writing).
